Annual Membership
Annual and Corporate Membership to Hamilton Park is available to buy on a yearly basis and provides discounted admission, as well as significant benefits to help you enjoy your racing at Hamilton Park and throughout the country.
New for 2008 is our Seasonal Membership, which similar to the annual membership provides access to the Club enclosure but does not provide the additional benefits associated with the annual membership. A full list of the benefits of the Annual, Corporate and Seasonal membership is provided below;

In addition to the above benefits a Corporate Memberships will provide a total of 2 transferable badges for the season, which are ideal for use by clients or colleagues.
Details of the reciprocal dates will be confirmed as soon as possible and will be provided with each annual members pack, which will be ready in December
Seasonal Membership
Seasonal membership is a new category of membership available to customers who would like to visit Hamilton Park on a regular basis but do not require the full benefits of an Annual Membership. A seasonal membership provides access to the Club enclosure for the full 2008 season, along with additional benefits as mentioned below. A family membership is also available and allows two adults of the same family to buy a shared Seasonal membership. Each seasonal member will be able to enjoy;
- A photographic ID Pass that will allow admission into the Club Enclosure on all 19 fixtures
- A Club Car Park Pass
- A 2008 Calendar
To apply for an annual, corporate or seasonal membership at Hamilton Park Racecourse please download the Annual Members Form or the Seasonal Membership Form and send this back to the racecourse

Annual Membership Single: £199,
Annual Membership Junior (age 17-21) £150
Corporate Membership: £430 + VAT
Seasonal Membership Single £150

Terms and Conditions of Annual Membership
- Entry to the racecourse is subject the right of the Racecourse Executive to refuse to admit and/or expel, without prior notice, any person whose behaviour is considered to be unruly or unacceptable or is a disqualified person.
- Racegoers must at all times abide by any rules and conditions in operation, including the observance of no drinking areas for safety reasons. All Terns and Conditions are on display at any of the entrances to the racecourse.
- There is no formal dress code in operation at Hamilton Park Racecourse.
- We regret that dogs are not permitted onto any part of the racecourse, except guide dogs.
- The Racecourse retains the right to alter the number and location of reciprocal days during the season.
- The Racecourse retains the right to carry out promotions and offers to Club/Grandstand racegoers through media partners.
- The provision of an Annual Member’s Bar is not guaranteed within this agreement although any change to the existing provision must be notified to members.
- The Racecourse can refuse/revoke Annual Membership at any time without a requirement to provide reasons given one months notice.
- Annual Member’s badges are non transferable and if an individual who is not the registered owner is found to be using an Annual Member’s badge this will result in the badge being cancelled and the Annual Membership fee will be forfeited.
- Metal Annual Member’s badges DO NOT PERMIT access to the racecourse or the Annual Member’s bar. ONLY the photographic ID provided by Hamilton Park will permit access to the racecourse and the Annual member’s Bar.
- Bookmakers are not permitted to purchase Annual Membership as a means of working at the track.
