Owners and Trainers
Owners and Trainers are guaranteed a warm welcome at Hamilton Park. With dedicated parking for all owners and trainers, we provide a private bar with garden seating overlooking the Parade Ring and Winners Enclosure, only seconds from the track.
Through the PASS system we are happy to provide 4 complimentary passes to all owners with a total of 6 badges available to partnerships or syndicates. If you have additional requirements please contact Hazel Peplinski on 07774 116733. Complimentary Tea and Coffee are provided throughout the day.
Additional Facilities for Owners and Trainers
The facilities to Owners and Trainers in 2007 were significantly enhanced and we are delighted to continue with these in 2008:
| i) | The Owners and Trainers Bar which overlooks the Parade Ring has been totally refurbished to make it more spacious and comfortable. This facility encompasses the Owners and Trainers Badge Desk and a full bar. There is additional outdoor seating dedicated to Owners and Trainers to the front of this facility on the lawn. |
| ii) | Sprinters Restaurant is a marquee facility located within close proximity to the Owners and Trainers bar. Each Owner and Trainer with a horse entered will receive a pair of vouchers which, should you declare your horse to run, entitle you to two complimentary meals in this dedicated restaurant. |
| iii) | Each owner that runs a horse at Hamilton Park is welcome to take a complimentary DVD of their horses’ race home with them. These can be picked up from the Racecourse office approximately 20 minutes after your race. |
Should you be coming racing with a larger group and wish to dine together there are tables in the Dukes Restaurant, advanced bookings are essential for this popular restaurant. Alternatively, two additional Sprinters Restaurant meal vouchers per ownership are available for purchase. For either option please contact Kirsty Johnstone on 01698 206473 by noon prior to the day you are racing.
Please note that all our winning owners enjoy the following additional benefits on the day:
- Celebratory drinks whilst reviewing a DVD of the race, which is retained
- A memento
- A bottle of Champagne
- A framed photo of your winning horse
- The lad who looks after your horse will also receive a jacket
At Hamilton Park, we make a special effort to keep your trainer up-to-date with going changes and weather forecasts. On entering your horse to run at Hamilton Park you will receive a letter providing further details on how you can subscribe to our new free-to-receive Going Alert Service, allowing us to text you, or your trainer, any last minute going changes.
