Raceday Conferences are the perfect opportunity to combine business and entertainment – ideally suited to our Private Boxes and Marquees. Our marquees also offer the flexibility to host product launches, where more space may be required or easy access to the ground floor is required to exhibit vehicles or larger products.

Our extensive choice of afternoon and evening meetings throughout the summer, provide the perfect options for either conferences or strategy days. We can organize all your AV equipment, advise on timings to fit in with the racing and even help with accommodation and transport connections through our travel partners.

Small or large events can be accommodated as we have a choice of facilities from our private boxes (for smaller business meetings and conferences) to our Club and Parade Ring Marquees, providing space for up to 250 guests.
